Aayah and Waseem knew from the beginning that their wedding was going to be something else entirely. And it was.

From the moment the doors opened to a ballroom suspended in flowers and light, to the final dance floor moment that kept going long after midnight — every detail of this day was a declaration. A declaration of love, of family, of two cultures coming together in the most joyful, generous, and unforgettable way imaginable.

The bride arrived in a cathedral-length gown that stopped every person in the room. The groom never took his eyes off her. The families filled the floor. The dancing never stopped.

Some weddings are beautiful. Some are emotional. Some are spectacular. This one was all three — at the same time, in the same room, on the same night.

It was one of the great privileges of my career to be there with a camera.
